I am getting more and more excited every day as my semester abroad nears! Tonight I planned a few trips with my twin in DG, Emerald, who will be studying in Milan, and our friend Travis, who will be studying in Copenhagen because we all wanted to go to the same places, are studying relatively near each other, and thought it would be cheaper to plan earlier. We planned a trip the weekend of October 6th to Prague! We also planned a trip to Brussels for the weekend of November 17th! Emerald is coming to visit me in October and we are going to Rome the weekend of December 1st and I will end the trip visiting her in Milan for a few days! I cannot wait, it is going to be a fabulous semester. I hope to travel to Berlin, Budapest, Krakow, Croatia, and around Austria as well! I will be very busy this fall, that is for sure, but I am looking forward to every second of it!
Hopefully my identity does not get stolen as I have been booking through this sketchy site called edreams, which has super cheap flights but Capital One has already called me once checking if it was a valid purchase...

After studying abroad for 6 weeks this summer in Seville, Spain, I am ready for another European adventure, this time for four months!

One Week!
In exactly one week and one day I will be settled in on my flight to London where I will then catch my flight to Vienna!
This semester I will be studying at the Vienna University of Business and Economics (WU for short). I have my classes all set up. I am taking 2 courses for my Business Administration core courses, Finance and an Organizational Behavior Management class. I am also taking an economics class called European Law & Economics which is also my culture class for the semester. Then I am taking two marketing classes, International Marketing and Cross-Cultural Communications: Application to Marketing & Sales. My classes sound pretty interesting so I'm looking forward to them. The weird thing about WU (pronounced vay-ooh) is that the classes aren't like Richmond where you're class meets every week on specific days at specific times. One of my classes doesn't start until the 14th of December and lasts for 4 days (but I have class for about 6 or 8 hours at a time). Another one of my classes is every (almost) wednesday but at varying times and in varying places. I'll definitely have to be on top of things for this semester.
Also, another thing that is quite different is that my classes don't start until the first week of OCTOBER. I will have already gone to Oktoberfest before I even start class. If I was at Richmond, I would be starting my second week of classes already. But, I do have 3 weeks of German class in the mornings of September, and then they take us around to different sites in Vienna in the afternoon. I'm looking forward to learning a new language and having time to make new friends from around the world and get acclimated to my new city.
Tomorrow is my last day of working at Wells Fargo for the summer, well hopefully. I was supposed to work today as well but there is no power anywhere near the green in Morristown! But after I'm finished interning, I will definitely need to start packing! I am not looking forward to that process, I'm a terrible packer and now I have to pack for 4 months and be able to drag it across an airport. Wish me luck! I am counting down the days until I arrive in beautiful Austria!
